Polyhood 3

At Grim's suggestion, Nervous changed his name to David Bruce.

Because of the severe pollution caused by the alien technologies, the number of Sims dying in Polyhood was growing.

Olive and David Bruce, as he was now called, (David Bruce Specter) decided to enlarge and open her cemetery to the public. To "make a hobby into a career!"

She bought an extra plot of land to expand it; this land when excavated was discovered to contain a long, ancient barrow, adding to the historic charm of the place. Olive would be employed as the custodian of the cemetery and receive a stipend from the city council of 1 Kaching for each new burial, with David Bruce as the gravedigger.

The council were quite busy, and some more small houses being put up to encourage new graduates to come to New Strangetown.

Don Lothario (LTW achieved) finally decided he was ready to settle down, to divorce LaShawn, and to ask Nina, his dearest Nina, to marry him. She moved in with him to his tiny bachelor house in New Strangetown - they bought the land at the back of the house and enlarged it, to make it big enough to raise a baby. Or maybe more.

Nancy was quickly joined by Christine.

Erin and Matthew and their daughter Mootilda moved in with Loki and Circe. But something terrible happened. The whole family disappeared, one dark night. Never to be seen again. The castle was demolished. Mootilda never came back, though Erin and Matthew did.

The senior Beakers tried adopting, hoping against hope to get their granddaughter back from the Social Services. They adopted Amin and Alan, and kept on trying.

Then Circe got pregnant at last. The final adoptee was Scot.

They did wonder if they could ask for a girl.

But Circe's baby was a girl, Persephone. The last adoptee was Amy. So they accepted, finally, that Mootilda was gone forever. Erin and Matthew had moved on; they had decided not to have children for now.

And then Circe decided it was time she went back to work. "I've had enough time of playing at housewives. I need a nanny, a maid, maybe a butler. Time to catch up with my career."

The Grunts

General Buzz was much happier now he had remarried. The boys were all off at university.
