Isn't it frustrating when Claire the bear and the Raccoon come and raid your bin, night after night and wake up your exhausted family?
Send a Sim to put something in the bin, so that you can see which side of the bin they use to access it. Then build a little fence around the other three sides, or block access with fence, wall or objects - shrubs maybe?
