These skins were made by me, sita@simechoes.org on Bette's mesh. Please see her readme, enclosed. 
To install: extract .BMP .SKN and .CMX files into your \Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\Gamedata\Skins folder. Don't put them into a subfolder or they will not show up in game.
