Blue Patty has made at least 99 whole neighbourhoods of fine homes for The Sims, and after much badgering has finally consented to let me host a few of them here.

One way to play these houses is to place your families in the empty lots, then unzip the houses as explained on the pages, which allows your family to keep their existing funds, and then play or redecorate.
