Inspired by the N99 Elders Challenge, I made a set of three little houses for older Sims to retire to. Of course, they would work very well for younger Sims' families as well. Note: these are NOT starter homes. Your Elder Sims will need to have a little income to manage here.

A retirement bungalow with NO STAIRS for the disabled, wheezy or simply lazy Sim. Large enough for a couple, it has no driveway but one could easily be added to the gravelled easycare outer space or garden.
